1. Refund / Exchange Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds will not be given if the parcel has been opened without reason.
2. Damaged / Faulty Products
If you receive a broken or defective product, you must provide proof (photo or video) within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after parcel opening.
Product misuse or damage caused after delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, the refund will be transferred via bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7 working days.
